Hotel was at very good place for visiting all the famous areas in Tokyo. Also, Ningyocho itself was enjoyable area to find historical stores and restaurants.

Small but functional room, perfect for one night. Quiet location, comfortable bed, great shower. Pyjamas, slippers and all the usual amenities are provided. Excellent location – we walked to Tokyo station from the hotel and it took about 20 minutes – and very affordable. Might not be a good option for a longer stay as there wasn't much space for luggage and clothes (in our chosen room type), but ideal for one or two nights.

Good location, close to subway. Room clean and quiet. Area felt safe and had good range of restaurants. The hotel had a laundry area with washing machines (wash and dry) which allowed us to get our washing done at reasonable price. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so can’t comment on how good it was.

The location was a bit far from popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku, but very convenient with short access to both Ginza and Akihabara. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep in, but the pillows were unfortunately so hard and uncomfortable that it really brought the experience down. The room was small but still functional, with enough space to fit four large suitcases without any problem. Another downside was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door every day, even with the “Do not disturb” sign displayed. When I was sick and needed rest, this became especially bothersome.

We were please with Rica, the lady front hotel has been very helpful. Ensuring our check out from the hotel would be a pleasant one. Making sure the bill satisfies the customer and assist in arranging taxi service correctly to the airport. That should be the way how a professional customer service.
