I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay from March 22-23 2025. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations until I saw a sign in the elevator. The noise levels, especially on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, were extremely disruptive—it sounded like a jackhammer was coming through the floor.
Additionally, at one point, the water in our sink was orange, which was concerning. We also requested blankets in person at the front desk but never received them.
I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but better communication and guest service would have improved the experience.
