Room dirty , no remote for tv No breakfast in morning even though we were charged for breakfast,no one available at all in the morning,tried calling the phone number supplied but no answer , finally got the manager at 12oclkck midday ,told them about my issues and they did not care in the slightest ,told me to contact hotels .com ,absolutely disgusting behaviour customer service zero . Do not recommend this place to anyone .

Fantastic hospitality from the owners and staff Food was delicious,so no surprise the restaurant was very busy The 14:00 check in makes a big difference. Portsoy and the surrounding villages were all very clean with breathtaking scenery. We hope to return sooner than later.

Comfortable, clean and good breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Station Hotel Portsoy. The bedroom was large, nicely decorated and the beds really comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and bed linen good quality and spotless. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Central location with pleasant walk down to the harbour.
