Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel needs some maintenence - the TV in room was unable to connect to WiFi, every TV in hotel was incapable of filling the screen with the broadcast signal leaving a huge black box around the edges. At least one room number had fallen off the wall beside the room. Had one HUGE negative initially - the system double-charged my card and withdrew the room fee twice. Initially was told there was nothing staff could do until i raised enough fuss to be put through to the GM. Still took another 24 hours, but the additional cost was refunded, finally. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they were able to be in the situation, but it was very frustrating being out hundreds of dollars for an unknown period of time - i was, on first question of it, told that "after checkout it will release in 3-5 business days" which was simply unacceptable. I'm sure if I'd gone and taken $250 from the safe in the office they'd have me arrested in an hour, but it took 36 hours and GM intervention to fix the problem in the opposite direction. Despite the difficulties, would stay again - as said before, room was very nice and bed very comfortable.
