I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. When you arrive at the airport, you simply need to call the hotel to request the shuttle. They responded very quickly, and the shuttle arrived promptly. The service was friendly, efficient, and reliable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Had an excellent stay here. It's located a quick 10 min cab ride from the Amtrak Union Station and in walking distance to local buses that get you to other neighborhoods quickly. There are also supermarkets and a small in walking distance should you need anything last minute. The indoor pool and gym were immaculate. My room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was tasty and the 24/7 lobby hot coffee/tea was a nice perk. Staff was very kind as well.
