The room was ok, but it could use some extra cleaning, fresh paint, etc.
We arrived earlier than our check in time, and they were kind enough to store our luggage and gave us full access to the hotel’s amenities until our room was ready. We were able to get our room a couple hours earlier than expected without an additional cost. Which was a plus.
The food was good. I liked the buffets the most, which had a good variety.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel tries to sell you a rewards program. I did not go to the rewards program presentation, which they said it would take about 45 minutes. Based on the information they provided, it seems it’s some kind of time share. They insisted too much, but we still decided not to go. They were a bit too pushy about us going, but we declined.
Other than that, the rest of employees were very nice and courteous.
The pools were pretty good too.
The drinks were fine but a little watered down.
Overall good hotel and good experience.
