Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel.
Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.
