The room was clean and comfortable.
We were given an handicap accessible room, although we did not request it. That's fine, except it was not a safe place for anyone with any mobility issues. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, the floor of which was extremely slippery. My husband fell and hit his head on the grab bar. Fortunately he is in good physical shape and had no problem getting up, but a person with a disability could have been seriously hurt.
The tile floor outside the shower also became extremely slippery with any moisture on it, which is inevitable with that roll-in setup.
We reported it to the front desk, and the gentleman there seemed concerned, so hopefully they will remedy the situation promptly.
