Positive we’re definitely friendly staff. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable! Quiet hotel. Lots of parking available. I gave it four stars for several reasons. When I came in to check in there was a line it was 3 PM. Nobody was at the counter. The staff member came up and was kind of rude to the guy waiting and said there’s a doorbell there for you to push so I know you guys are standing here… But given the point that is check-in time you would think she would be more attentive to the front desk. However, the way she spoke to every customer during the process she was very sweet besides the initial impression. The hallway had a funky smell to it, but the room was just fine. The temperature was perfect. I didn’t even bother looking for a thermostat. Did I mention the bed was super comfortable! Being a traveler by myself, I did not feel unsafe for one moment. Breakfast was OK… You had your choice of cereal a Texas claw or biscuits and gravy. I was honestly hoping for waffles. Even in the breakfast area, the staff was checking in on everything to make sure nothing was ever running low and if it was, they immediately filled it again exceptionally clean! I would definitely recommend. Yes it’s a little dated but for the price point, it is great.

Upon checking we had an issue with our reservation but the evening clerk was amazing and got it worked out so we did get a room the room was clean and comfortable the AC was wonderful the only issue was there was a dirty plate in the microwave that we found which was gross. The biscuits for breakfast were dry and cold but other than that the rest of breakfast options are not bad overall our state was nice

Our smoke detector started going off in the middle of night due to a low battery, I called the front desk and nobody answered. Listened to the beep all night long. Very loud guests screaming in the halls til way after midnight. Breakfast was severely lacking in all aspects.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I felt safe and well-rested during my stay, which is always a plus. However, the bathroom walls were visibly dirty, which was a bit off-putting. The key card system also seemed to be outdated — we were only given one card that didn’t work consistently, even after waiting for it to be activated. That said, I understand things can go wrong, especially on a busy night like New Year’s Eve. I’d be willing to give them another chance in the future.

We stayed here a couple years earlier and it was great. The last two years have not been kind. Floors were dirty and the place smelled. The beds and bathroom seamed clean but the rest of the place was nasty. The attendant was high or something. Won’t be back.
