Excelentes instalaciones ideales para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El personal sigue el protocolo y medidas de prevención para COVID-19, y hay muchos espacios abiertos por lo que pocas veces estás en contacto con otras personas, a excepción del restaurant. El servicio de comida es deficiente, considerando que no hay algún restaurante cerca (tendrían que ir a Cadereyta centro), sus horarios son limitados y la atención es lenta. Nosotros hicimos check in a las 4:30 pm y ya no alcanzamos horario de comida, nos dieron reservación a las 6:30 pm pero se retrasaron y la cena inició hasta las 7:30 pm ( más el tiempo de preparación.. ). Recomiendo comprar snacks antes de llegar a la hacienda. Y a los del hotel tener algo de comida rápida en los horarios que no tienen servicio de restaurant ( quesadillas, hotdogs...) un huésped sin hambre podrá disfrutar más de las instalaciones :).

La hacienda está muy bonita! Es un lugar muy bonito para relajarte en pareja i en familia! Y las actividades hacen una experiencia única! Lo único malo es que el calentador del cuarto no funcionaba y al ser noviembre si se sentía bastante frío l aunque los cuartos no son fríos si se llego a sentir un poco de frío Pero con una cobija extra ya no se sintió tanto

Hermoso lugar para descansar

La Hacienda es un excelente lugar para descansar. Está rodeada de montañas, cuenta con un lago, muy amplias áreas de jardines. Tiene muchas actividades ecuestres. Tiene dos pozas pequeñas para “nadar”. Es hermoso este lugar si su objetivo es estar en paz y observar la naturaleza. Sólo cuenta con 8 habitaciones en el hotel boutique muy cómodas con chimenea de gas por si hace frío. También tiene una hostería. No se pierdan de la fogata nocturna y de observar el cielo! Cuentan con servicio de masaje en la habitación.
