Glad to be out. Not ADA friendly. No automatic doors and two handicap parking for the entire hotel. Then the second night the power went out. Phones and other batteries not charged. Since no AC temp got to 88 degrees at 9:00 am. Hotel response was “we are working on it”. That helped a lot. The water park was across the parking lot and across the street. We did not bother.

Not very couple friendly…. Lots of kids, lots of people. Lots of construction so the directions to the lobby, etc were confusing. Restaurant was ok…. Reviews had me expecting more. Margaritas were good.

Our family booked a suite for the weekend and the suite was very depressing. Outdated for the price they are charging. No resort experience at all. The smell was awful. The couches my kids were to sleep on had black spots on them. The couch was moved and there was cereal on the floor. The bed was sooo uncomfortable and the bed frame was ripped up and taped over that was coming off. With all the money they make for these rooms a day I can’t believe the lack of upgrades they have done. I texted the service line and immediately was told they had nothing available. I went down to talk to someone and was able to find me a room. It was a small 1 bed room with all 4 of us in there. we were not offered help to move and we had to make a few trips over. I was super frustrating since we went from the 4th floor to 3rd floor. I had stayed previously so I knew they had some renovated rooms so luckily we were able to get one but it was really small and uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep because it seemed very unfair. I talked to the receptionist and she was super kind and helpful and have had the best experience with her. She couldn’t help reduce the price of the hotel because it was booked through a site and not through them but was able to get another room the size we ordered originally. It was a lot of moving again and overall it made us really regret the stay. We left as soon as we got up. Unless the entire hotel is renovated we would never go back here again.

We checked in, and checked back out within hours. We went to another property for our getaway. This property is extremely rundown. It’s undergoing a massive amount of construction. A lot of the amenities we hoped for were shut down. The swim up pool bars haven’t been operational in years, and are piled with trash. Elevator felt like a death trap.

The hotel is fine. It is looking aged and needs an update. Pull out couch mattress was worse than any I’ve ever slept on. There is currently construction too (6/2025, so hopefully that update is happening). Also very little right around the hotel. Kids liked the pool and slide (slide open 11-5 unfortunately). I’d stay somewhere else next time.

We had a good stay overall my kids enjoyed the pools and water park. We only had a incident at the water park my son cut his foot at the lazy river while walking out from the steps there was a crack on step and cut his foot, an incident report was filed and they had to provide first aid. This was the only negative thing that happened on our stay.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and the manager was extremely helpful when we had an issue with a breakfast credit issue. One employee seemed aggravated when I needed assistance after locking myself out of my room- oops! The location of the room itself was horrible! Try not to stay on the first floor; especially towards the rear parking lot. I was woken up every morning around 6am with laundry /service carts going back and forth. I could also hear the sound of rolling luggage as others left early in the morning as it was a major walkway to the parking lot!

I guess for the price it was satisfactory. The beds were clean. Didn’t spend much time in room. It is very run down. Flowers were all but dead in courtyards.no poolside bar. It’s a roll away cart on the opposite end of pool yard.. 1 on-site restraunt closed certain certain times. Water park- it was ok. Loved the lazy river, as we were there to relax. One slide, and I smaller pool. Bar in water park very expensive. Would not stay here again. Website very inaccurate on amenities. Or should I say extremely exaggerated.

They were doing major remodeling and construction during our stay and did not disclose it when I booked the stay. They allow the surrounding neighborhood use the amenities which makes it more crowded and less desirable. Construction noise woke us in the middle of the night.

Get ready to be triple charged! Not only is it under construction! So there will be no parking! Parking is fenced off. There's also NO LIGHT! Don't worry about makeup, you will look fabulous outside and in the rooms because there is little to no light. The rooms are run down cigarette stains are in the carpet and couch! Oh yeah, don't forget to enjoy all the pet stains in the carpet, not sure if the rug is yellow or brown. If you are coming for the lazy river be aware it has very limited hours. 9-5, so get there early. Remember check in is at 4, so you have 1 hour to get to the lazy river. Food? Good luck! i recommend looking off the property, because the hole in the wall is the only restaurant open, with limited hours, and they like to close earlier then stated hours. And the Hole in the wall gets it's food from a food truck. It has bad reviews, we didn't get to enjoy it because the time we arrived they said they wanted to got home early. Back to triple charged! We booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com said we would pay at the hotel, and hotels.com charged us $316.37 more than what was quoted ($202 bottom floor king bed)and the hotel Hilton charged us two more times 281.35. We were told there would only be a $100 hold for incidentals. So should have only be charged 302. But was charged 879.07 for 1 night! Disappointed in how they closed the waterpark slides /lazy river two hours prior the time that it should be closed and so much money they want to charge !

Had to change rooms because the first room the shower didn’t work and it had rust.
