Very poor service
I called 4x ask for an early check in. No one answered on two occasions. Two different people told me two different things. One person said it wasn’t possible for an early check in (for a fee). I was happy to pay. The second person told me they would alert me as soon as my assigned room has been cleaned. I didn’t receive any alert. I was supposed to receive a text with my keycafe code to retrieve my keys. I didn’t receive any alert. I had to call to get it. I got my keycard and opened the unit. There were crumbs everywhere. The bed was unmade and used. The bathroom was uncleaned and toilet was full. They profusely apologized and offered 57$ for my troubles. Will never use Locale again. I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but the 57$ felt more insulting than no refund.
