There were a few disappointing experiences during my stay.
First, I was approached by a hotel staff member outside the hotel who greeted me and insisted on giving me an unsolicited tour, which I found bothersome. To make matters worse, they asked for a tip afterward. I believe this kind of behavior should be addressed through proper staff training.
Second, in Korea, it is standard practice to settle all charges at once during check-out to avoid any inconvenience to guests afterward. I was surprised and quite displeased to receive a call on the day of my departure, while I was busy preparing to leave, asking me to settle additional charges. It was an unpleasant experience, especially during such a busy time.
Third, the pricing at the souvenir shop inside the hotel was unreasonable. I needed a swimsuit, and they offered a very low-quality swimsuit and goggles for 160,000 KRW. I ended up buying a better-quality set for under 30,000 KRW in the city.
Although these may seem like small issues, they negatively impacted my overall travel experience. I hope improvements can be made to the facilities and services. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
