Yes the room was clean and the staff very courteous. Room was at the top of the house and the stairs (for me) were difficult. My new knee aside we did ask for a double room but had to settle for twin beds. As I had already booked a room for April we did try to make some amendments but it seems like we will have to wait and see. Food was good though.

A good stay. Nice hotel. Very central. Good restaurant & bar. Room nice. Good bed and shower fine. I was on a cycling holiday and they have a room to lock my bike up in - which was nice too

The radiator wasn't working,but the manager sorted that. The room was of good standard for the price. Breakfast was to order plus cereals etc. And under a tenner! I've had some terrible buffet breakfasts in hotels before. The only downside was I parked the car too far away in a public car park as there is no on site parking. I later found out there was a nearer car park, but mine was only about 10 minutes away. I expected more noise from outside at night, but wasn't disturbed.I always travel with an eye mask and earplugs just in case.
