The facilities are too old, the room is very small, and some lights are not working. I have stayed in the same hotel before and it was not like this. In short, this one is very bad.

The owner was at the front desk when I got there there is a Harley Davidson party going on across the parking lot. I asked you were part of that party. He said if you’re not happy, don’t check in leave again I asked are you part of that party and he said well if you’re not happy, don’t check in. He betrayed me for 30 minutes before he gave me a room but apparently had no heat.

Do. Not. Stay. Here. I REPEAT. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. The manager orobably did me a favor by kicking us out... I dared question a blank spot on the guest check-in form. Yup. Looking at the reviews on Google... You are better off sleeping in your car or in the curb. Hotels.com please remove this property

Shower curtain was moldy all along the bottom skirt. Parking lot has a number of potholes, in particular at the street. Our car ended up bottoming out badly in the dark, as it's also not well-lit.

The room was dirty staff was rude when you could find them. There were people laying in the hallways on there phone. There was barely anything for breakfast. Nothing to drink. Vending machines were empty and the one that had at least Coke in it were hot. Ice machine just continued running water. Lobby smelt like marijuana. Over all it was disgusting and disappointing. We usually stay in quality inns when we travel and they are nothing like this place. Very upset.
Broken empty or when you did find soda it was hot.

Not well kept at all. Parking lot was sketchy. Entrance was dim lit and unwelcoming. The seating area was heavily stained. The elevator was not functioning. The room smelled musty and the bathroom was extremely small. Very loud next to the freeway. Breakfast was meager served in a kitchenette. Do yourself a favor and skip the stay, pay extra and stay somewhere else!

The place was a dump The mattress need to be replaced. The breakfast was horrible. The place hasn't been updated since the 60's and the elevator didn't work. The toilet was so low to the floor I thought I was in preschool. The tub was gross that we didn't even take showers and it took 10 minutes to get hot water in the sink. Run from this place

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude when asked very simple questions. I asked how much the hold on my card would be, wanted to make sure it wasn’t charged for the room as the room was already paid for. He refused to answer anything and alluded to the fact I would be charged more if I didn’t comply. When I explained that I was asking a simple question he was ridiculously argumentative. And almost threatening to cancel the reservation. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
