My second time here since the first stay was good. However this time has been a bit different, mainly with the front desk staff, especially the one who checking out. Formerly working in the hospitality industry, this is definitely way below standard. Check-in staff just mumbles in monotone without much care and I had to ask her a few times to repeat in order to understand and she still seems annoyed about it. Unprofessional. During checkout on Friday 7/25, the front desk staff was more than lackluster. She was unfriendly, has attitude issue, during whole checkout process only responding in single words or grunts. No greeting or anything, just grunting: "room number?", even though I handed her the key card with the room number clearly written on it. She gave me back the key card for me to read it to her. How lazy and rude. Clearly she doesn't want to be there. If you don't like your job, quit. Otherwise, do your job right.
