Clean with Great Service

The property was dated but nice and clean. The parking was options were good as we had a trailer in tow. The customer service was excellent. If you like sugar for breakfast and fake eggs you have a winner for breakfast.

Pay a little more, don’t stay here

The room was very old, everything was so dated all the side table lamps didn’t work, the TV remote was so dirty, didn’t dare touch it. Breakfast was minute and nothing healthy only fruit or veggie was an orange.

Nothing spectacular, but the price was right.

They just need to step it up a little bit. The check in staff was super friendly. There was (what looked like) blood drops on one of the bedspreads... In the evening a staff member tried to get into my room to see who was inside. They didn't know the room was occupied by guests...I didn't know who they were (no ID on their shirt) so I was hesitant to answer... I finally did and resolved their concerns, but that should not have been my problem. Breakfast was nice to have but not very appealing... But I've stayed in much worse, so the price was great for what we had and if it came to budget, I'd go again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Smells Smoky, towels so thin you can poke your foot through. Empty tissue box, noisy fan in bathroom without an option to use light only. Dark stain in the bottom of the toilet. The event that I booked the room for was bumped by one week, they wouldn’t work with me at all!!! We had to miss the event or lose the money!! Very rude about it! The mattress was comfortable and the shower head was nice. Will NEVER stay there again!!!

Bad choice!!

People in 102 were able to open our door with their card Friday morning. Front desk says that can’t happen but I asked her to change our cards anyway. I later talked to guys on 102 and they told the front desk what happened. Breakfast is weak. Saturday morning egg Pattie’s but no meat. Not at all what you expect from A Quality Inn. I’ve had worse experiences with motels but never a quality Inn until this trip. Won’t stay at this one again.

No elevator on the property

There is no elevator at this hotel and my elderly father was put in a room upstairs. I feel there should be a disclosure of this when booking or management should have made an attempt to find a room on first floor when they saw my dads apparent age when checking

The value is good but some rooms are better than others. I stayed there two times but my second room was worn out. The heater fan was super noisy and turned on every few minutes for less than a minute all night. I turned it to off but it still turned on. The bed was worn out on my side and I needed a pillow under me to stop from rolling off. I didn't really sleep all night because of these issues. Otherwise the room is clean, linen good, the breakfast is better than most continentals of a hotel like this one. Location is pretty convenient, staff is friendly.
