Amazing Customer Service! The hotel crew and front desk were amazing and willing to help. I had an issue with my bed because of back problems, it was an extra bed since we were in 3, and the front desk and the crew replaced it almost immediately. The location was also amazing, can’t say enough good things about this hotel and cost benefit. Best regards

チェックアウト前に乗ったエレベーターが突然故障して、中に閉じ込められてしまいました。 異国で言葉がわからない中での閉じ込めは、かなり不安な状況でしたが、緊急コールは外部の業者につながるだけで、英語が通じないためか話がかみ合いませんし、スタッフは助けに来ることもがありませんでした。幸い、他の宿泊客が気づいてスタッフを呼んでくれてなんとか脱出できましたが、30分も閉じ込められていたため、乗ろうとしていた特急電車に乗り継ぐための地下鉄の時間に間に合わなくなってしまいました。そこで、フロントに交渉して、特急電車の出発駅までのタクシー代を負担してほしいと抗議したところ、なんとか受け入れてくれてタクシーで特急電車の出発5分前に駅に着くことができました。 これからはエレベーターのメンテナンスに気を配ることと、閉じ込められていた私たちに対して何の説明もお詫びもなかったことを改善してほしいと切に願います。 あの優しい宿泊客がいなかったら、いつまでも私たちは閉じ込められたままだったと思われます。彼らは閉じ込められていた間も、心配しないで⋯あなたたちには私がついている⋯と、優しく励まし続けてくれたのです。その優しい態度とフロントの事務的な態度が対照的で、残念でした。
