Room we stayed in was modern and updated. Glad to also have window that opens to let in fresh air. Breakfast was good! Some noise from other guests was only issue.

The place is under renovation and is looking good. Can’t wait till it is finished. It will be really nice. Rooms are clean and with new air conditioning was nice and cool.

The room was very clean and the staff was polite. Don’t let the renovations scare you off as this wasn’t a problem. I will stay here again if/when I return to Montrose.

Be careful what room you sign up for as the staff would not/could not make any changes. Due to pricing, we chose a king handicap room, which was on the main floor. Didn’t need a handicap room, but we were stuck with it. If we needed it, the shower had no soap or shampoo containers, just small bottles; no shelf in the shower area and no grab bars, which could have been an issue for anyone. Brkfst was mediocre- the usual scrambled eggs. Waffles were an option. Could have used some creativity in options. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you and help with anything you need, including recommendations and directions. (We have never been to this state before.) The rooms are very clean. The breakfast foods and drinks are fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying overnight or staying for 10 nights like we did.
