This was my first time staying at this property, it was fine, but wasn't overly impressive for the brand. I checked in and received room 194, a 2 queen room right by a rear door, so I could hear people coming and going all night which was disruptive. The check in agent was friendly, although he took about 15 minutes to check me in, said he was getting payment from Expedia, which created some delay, combined with "internet issues".
The hotel was "sold out" thus I was placed on first floor as I had requested a higher floor. There was plenty of parking but it was certainly busy! I could hear other guests at times in their rooms from mine.
The room itself was decent, not much of a view, the sink drain was very slow to empty, and bathroom was a bit tight. The shower pressure was great though and the products were all well stocked. The room itself had good lighting, was clean, and comfortable. Everything worked! Each queen bed only had 3 pillows though. Also there were only 3 bath towels for a 2 queen room.
Breakfast was quite enjoyable, there was plenty to choose from, including bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, yogurts, pastries, etc. I enjoyed my breakfast and especially enjoyed the noon check out! Coffee was good too!
I have stayed at different properties in the area and would return to this one if it was a good value, but would also be open to exploring other options. KOP can get very expensive on Saturday nights apparently!
