This hotel desperately needs an update but the parking garage across the street is convenient and safe and the staff was pleasant and helpful. No discount for in out garage privilages. The best feature of this hotel is that it is in a great location. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit.

The TV was broken the curtains were falling off the wall the blinds were cracked up in the restroom .The breakfast was horrible, if that's what you going to call it it was really nothing there, Parker was very expensive they say they offer a discount but you have to get a parking sticker first and you can't get a parking sticker, because there's no parking in front of the hotel so you have to pay fo patk first. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN..............

The location of this hotel is truly amazing, as it was close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and everything you’d want to be near. The building was secure and the location felt safe. The rooms are quite small, so I’d recommend this hotel for more “spry” travelers who don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Getting around the space, especially the bathroom, can be a bit tricky. My husband is tall and definitely felt a little cramped, but for the two of us, it worked fine for a few days' stay. I always appreciate a continental breakfast, so that was a nice perk. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing to note: our room was fairly noisy at night. You could hear people outside, car horns, and alarms into the early morning hours. That said, it’s part of staying in such a convenient, central location. Running the air conditioner or using a sound machine should help with that. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again, just with realistic expectations about space and noise.

I recently stayed at this hotel while I was in town because a family member was hospitalized. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I first arrived and checked in, I immediately noticed there was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby. After an already stressful day dealing with my family situation, this was not a great first impression. The first night I was so exhausted and overwhelmed that I didn’t really inspect the room. I left early the next morning and didn’t return until later that night. Once I had time to actually look around, I was shocked at the condition of the hotel. The hallway on my floor had flooring that was literally coming up, which looked unsafe and poorly maintained. Inside my room, things only got worse. I found a clump of hair in the shower, which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. The carpet in the room was uneven and felt like it hadn’t been properly installed or maintained. There were also multiple damaged items in the room. The blinds were broken, the bed skirt was ripped, and even the garment bag provided in the closet was torn. It felt like the room had not been maintained or inspected in a long time. Given the circumstances of my trip, I really needed a clean, comfortable place to rest, and unfortunately this hotel did not provide that. The condition of both the common areas and the room itself was very disappointing.
