Great location by the dockside with easy access to local bus routes. Check‑in was virtual via the reception phone, following the instructions that had been provided in Swedish. Google Translate was needed to understand the emailed instructions. Internet access was limited in some parts of the hotel, and several guests had to use the lobby for a stable connection. Overall, the stay was good, and breakfast was provided.

The desk is unstaffed, and there are only a few custodial staff available throughout the day. The refrigerator and freezer in our room didn't work, there was no dish soap to use for the few things in the kitchen. Thank goodness the place wasn't expensive. Really the only redeeming factor, other than great location.

I regret staying at this hotel Stayed for three days. No room cleaning during my stay. Reception was never open eventhough there was a note that said it would be open limited hours! Check in via phone. The interior of the room looked good at first impression but there was dirt and dust under the bed. Necessities like soap and schampoo were provided. The safety box did not work. Sewer smell from the bathroom. Felt empty and unsafe with staff present except during breakfast. The hotel has potential with the beautiful location and charming old building. I found begbugs in my bed my last night, was provided another room. Hotel not responding with email regarding complaints. Not worth the price.
