Staff was unhelpful and unconcerned with helping with travel delays and losing one night stay out of 9 due to airline debacle. Management wouldn’t work with Hotels.com even though they told me they would take care of it and not to worry.
They weren’t that friendly either and at once point the front desk guy joked he wished people would leave him alone so he could get the laundry done.
I asked repeatedly in several languages to get more coffee pods without success.
Housekeeping is only 2 days a week.
I wouldn’t stay here again and La Quinta should take their name off this hotel.
