Worst experience
Terrible! I have changed rooms 4 times to finally get my booked room . Staff although still helpful, but shown not happy look. Asked for room clean up must waited for 3 hours still haven't clean . No lift to basement car park, must take stair case to basement car park . Call to counter to request for mineral waters, they still asking whether I have got it previously. Overall , it was a very worst experience of our stay.

Please judge the right way! I love this trip!
After viewing many negative feedback, in my mind I actually just hope this will be a peaceful stay for me will do. but when I check-in, many things are out of my expectation, to me is this hotel except it maybe need some refurbish due to aging, however overall is great to me for the price I pay. The room is spacious and the bed is nice to me. Everything you need is ready for you. There is gym and swimming pool too. The size is decent. The front desk is helpful and friendly and the location is convenient for food and transportation. And there is even a supermarket next door for all your needs. If you can walk, komtar just 18mins away. If you can walk, many famous food is between 10-25mins walking distance. Overall I am happy with my stay. Will consider come back here again if the price is still within rm150 during weekend.

Cockroaches in room and poor staff attitude
The staff informed us that there was a payment error on the last day when we wanted to check out at 7am to rush to airport for our flight. We were delayed by the staff for 30mins while the staff tried to recalculate the amount that we need to top up as the staff said that the bill calculated during check in was inaccurate. When queried on why we were not notified earlier (we stayed for 3 nights and had raised it to the staff at check in that the amount was lower than the booking), the staff informed us that they tried to call us but we were not in the room. However we did receive calls asking us if the cockroach problem was still there on the 2nd and 3rd nights but no mention about the wrong payment amount. In addition, we were told by staff that our rooms (1812 & 1813) were adjoining rooms but later discovered the rooms were not adjoining rooms. There were 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when we first checked in and the cockroaches were still present on the 2nd and 3rd nights even after feedback to hotel after check in. On the 3rd day, no bottled water and tissue paper were provided in the room. When we called housekeeping, we received a rude response from the staff saying that the maid should have placed the bottled water in the room but we had already consumed it. When pressed further, the items were sent to our room. Room condition was terrible. Definitely will not come back again. Staff attitude was rude and tried to push the blame to us on the bill calculation error.
