Poor service. Breakfast was mediocre. Weed smells in the bathroom and nothing was done to when I let them know about it. Extremely slow elevator. No towels for the pool. I would avoid at all costs. No matter how many more times we stay in Fenton I won't ever return. I'll make the drive to Drury. I have never submitted a negative review for a hotel until this stay.

I booked a King suite and paid extra money. I needed the larger countertop space in the bathroom . When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken. I asked at least two or three times as long as the other room that you put me in has a large countertop space he kept telling me oh yes, they all have that large counter countertop. It did not. Then they would not give me back the price difference. In the morning, I tried to speak with a manager and she was cold and rude, argumentative & acted like it was my problem, not hers and said well here here’s the number to corporate.

Breakfast was good with a pancake maker and hot breakfast options. Pool was quite cold but hot tub was lovely with a spa feature as well. The room was decent with nice comfy bed and decent sized bathroom. Only complaint was the night staff was slightly unhelpful with our complaint of not having a TV remote in our room but we managed to get it resolved pretty quickly. Overall good hotel in a good location,

For one I told them the first night I stayed there I wasn’t happy via text when they text me I didn’t hear anything tell check out time the shower stunk the beds uncomfortable didn’t get a good nights sleep. Driving up to the place I was instantly regretting my decision to stay there. The place was a dump you couldn’t tell the front from the back the parking lot looked really bad! Shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot, I felt uncomfortable leaving while the suns down. Hotels.com only showed the glamour pictures of the hotel. Wasn’t worth the money I paid. Do yourself a favor and stay at a motel 6. They didn’t wanna do a thing to compensate me or make it right not a thing!!!!

The room was nice except for stained pillow cases. The bed was comfortable. The pool was FREEZING! The hot tub felt like warm bath water. The staff we interacted with were nice. I don’t know if we would ever stay at this hotel again but it worked for the one night we stayed.

The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were dirty looking, the water looked murky and there was stuff floating in it. We were disappointed because that's one of the reasons we booked there. The bathroom was small looked like a bathroom in a small apartment. The staff was nice, but I don't think I'll book here again. It was also noisy throughout the night.

The breakfast area floor should ve cleaned everyday. It was sticky to walk on. The tables werent kept up on during breakfest time either.. we were in the hot tub and a man with luggage came in and got in the hot tub fully clothed.. pool area needs longer hours for adults to enjoy wirh out children using the hot tub as a swiming pool..have an adults only time..10 pm to midnight.

We stayed 2 nights here while in town at a dance competition, and I have no complaints. The place was very clean, staff were very nice. The pool area was a little small, but there were a lot of people trying to enjoy it. The breakfast served was good, clean room, nice comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again.
