The towels were an issue! We ended up buying our own towels from the local Walmart so we could shower at our leisure and timing because they only exchanged the clean towels in the morning, and you had to give them the towels you had before you could get new clean towels, but not after 11am. So there were times that we didn't have bath towels and couldn't get a new set until the next day. This was inconvenient and kinda unsanitary. The staff had disputes amongst themselves and with management in front of the hotel guests on repeated occasions. They didn't have a fitness or gym area, and the breakfast was very lackluster.

The hotel is an older property. Walls had stains on them. Bathroom tile was lifted and shifted often. The bed linens had hair on them and were dingy. The worst part was when my husband asked for more towels, the male desk attendant said “you should have enough “. He said they did not have enough inventory. We stayed 2 nights, no only cleaned our room, which is why we asked for more towels. We will never stay there again.

Was not impressed with the breakfast and you had to drive about a mile to workout because I guess they contract a local gym instead of having it on-site. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner was cold!

The Staff was rude, treated us like common criminals, refused to give any extra towels or pillows. The bathroom was something out of the twilight zone, not sure what was growing on the base of the toilet and did not want to get to close. Had no choice to stay with it being Tech Graduation all other hotels were booked. I will never stay at this hotel again. NEVER AGAIN
