This was the worst place I’ve stayed in. I booked on Expedia as a pay at property so my fiancee and I could split the cost. I called them the night before and asked about split payment just to be sure. I was told they would call me back. Nothing. They ran my card before I even got there. I called them and explained that I was doing a pay at property split payment. They told me I would have to call Expedia because they could do nothing. I called Expedia, shocker, they said it was on the place I’m staying and they could fix it because it was still being processed. Fast forward, we get there. They act stupid and say they can’t do it because it’s been processed, even after I showed them the pay at property email and not to mention the lady who didn’t call me back said her shift ended. I’ve never had this issue at any place I’ve stayed. Fine, fast forward. 1st room… disgusting. Carpet was stained and sticky, we also wore our sandals and shoes around to prevent whatever diseases live in the carpet and stickiness. The chair, stained with unknown substance. The bathroom, holes in the shower wall. Room was freezing, heat didn’t work. Tried to call front desk, phone didn’t work. Had to call on my cell phone. Finally got someone up there, who also walked in and said it’s freezing in here. I was told in 30 minutes, they would check on me to switch rooms. Never called. I called them. I have so much more to say but I'm limited to numbers. I would never stay here again.
