Overall was very good. What a nice of the pool wasn’t closed, but it was in a generally great area. Everything we needed food drink drinks close by very close to the highway.

Let's start from the beginning ---- do not think that you can check in early - they charge depending on how early you want to check in. The room was just ok - there were no electrical outlets on one side of the room to plug in and charge cell phone. There was only 1 lamp that had an outlet to charge a phone. The 4 outlets on the desk did not work and there were no USB ports to use either. Holes in the wall in the bathroom were not filled in, just left as is. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Forget breakfast if you are over 12 - there was only a cereal bar, waffles and yogurt. There was no protein in sight - no eggs, sausage, or bacon. There was no one at the desk when checking out even after waiting for more than 5 minutes so had to just drop the keys and leave. Only bright light of the stay was the underground parking so didn't need to step out in the rain. Pool was closed for maintenance even though no maintenance could be seen going on. Definitely not worth the $200+ posted nightly rate.

Hotel parking lot filled with trash and used furniture. Elevator dirty and broken tiles. Lamp shades in room disgusting. Rooms ok clean. Any smell heavily covered in a powder fresh scent so strong i couldnt sleep

I would consider this a motel not a Hotel. The place is run down. The only decent area is the atrium but the pool was closed. The underground parking is convenient but dusty and not maintained. Room carpet is old, the bed was good and linen clean but there is a musty smell and has a noisy air conditioning unit.

This was an overnight stay on our road-trip. Price was very good for the area. Underground parking however the parking spaces are tight & is dimly lit. Also there was a lot of old furniture at the head of the spaces where we parked and a car & truck covered in dust & dirt that looked like they were parked there forever. Check in was good and desk clerk very hospitable. The common areas and indoor pool area look nice. The room furniture and bathroom were very dated. Rugs seemed clean but very worn. Bed was very comfortable & room was clean. Good shower pressure & lots of hot water.

An aged hotel but nice.

The hotel is obviously an older building and it is showing its age but it still has some excellent aspects such as the pool/atrium area, which is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to please the guests. We actually extended our stay by a night with no hesitation.

Old, musty cheap perfume anyone?

We will not be staying at the Bedford Plaza again. As we approached the parking garage, we were met by letters duct taped to the garage door, saying “COME CLOSER.” The garage door opened, and we entered the garage/storage space. There were pipes hanging from the ceiling that we needed to duck under when emptying our car. There was extra hotel furniture stacked along side the garage, easily accessible to everyone. It looked terrible. The floor of the elevator was cracked. The room smelled of cheap perfume. The walls were thin enough to hear our neighbors snore. The mini fridge and microwave were set against the wall, on the floor as if in a storage unit. We were excited to take our little one swimming, but the pool was closed, but advertised as open. We will put this on our “no thank you” list for when we travel again.

Never again

This was the most unclean, outdated, worst place I've ever been to. The pool is not working. The breakfast was horrible. The room is completely outdated. The window opens on its own. Smack dead in the center of nowhere. Definitely out of a Stephen King movie!!!!

Mauvais choix

Hôtel hautement désuète, mal entretenue, clairement pas nettoyé. La seule chose qui était "propre" était les draps. Il y avait des tâches de sang sur les rideaux, des tâches sur les murs, de la poussière comme j'en ai rarement vu derrière les meubles ( question de trouver une place pour charger le cellulaire). La baignoire/douche sale et dû pour des rénovations majeures, piscine non-fonctionnelle et ce matin à notre départ, 2 junkies s'injectaient sur le muret à côté de la porte d'entrée. Le stationnement intérieur est remplis d'objets inadéquate et le stationnement extérieur est tout sauf sécuritaire.

Dont stay here

I feel like the pictures lied when showing the rooms. Pool was unuseable the elevator only has a weight capacity of 250lbs, vending machines are all empty,staff unfriendly, window shades broken windows wont close and seen several roaches around property.also refused refund when i told them checking out early Only stayed 1 night out of 2.

Basic but Fine

Very dirty rooms with stains

Good Morning, although the staff was very nice, the hotel room was dirty and was outdated. There were rips in the curtains, stains on the lamp shade and rugs. The curtains did not close all the way making privacy hard. In the morning the blow dryer in the room did not work. The front desk did not answer phone so I had to go down to the desk and was told I had to wait until 8:30am but I needed to leave before then. I then asked if I could use a blow dryer in a different room. They gave me a key, the room that they let me use was dirty there was garbage everywhere and the bathroom had hair and dirty towels. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable.
