Hi, I chose this hotel because of the location and due to the assumed and advertised amenities, and expectation for good customer service. Firstly, I was made aware a week into my visit that the facility was coming under new management, so the kitchen wouldn't have hot food.
As a poor result, sometimes, they provided eatable bagels and muffins that weren't hard/old. SOMETIMES!
Somedays, there was cereal with no milk, bagels with no butter or cream cheese, microwavable oatmeal without a conveniently located microwave, in the eating area.
Some days, no one turned on the juice machine and then during the last week they removed the food options and offered bagged premade snacks.
All of the front desk staff, EXCEPT A FULLER SIZED, DARKER SKINNED, AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN, was rude and often didn't greet or speak or would roll eyes if you asked for or about something. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, and I will post my review on multiple platforms because I feel duped and robbed. My room had no refrigerator, etc, and the lights were out in the hallway at my door and I couldn't see who knocked, even though I was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't after 3 weeks of stay. The only reason I stayed is because of the location.
I am hurt and feel that I should be comped or refunded something for false advertisement and bad customer service. It wasn't until after 1 week or so, when they posted a sign in the eating area saying it was closed for hot meals. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
