It was the most terrible staying that I have been. Check in was very good, excellent customer service by Madeline. Very polite and professional.
Next morning I went for breakfast, and, it was sopoor, just minis muffins, no juice, no hot breakfast, just a few bagels , yogury, and cereal. How disappointed I was. I asked the front desk concierge about breakfast, and she has to go and add fruits cups and yogurt.
When I went back to the room, I noticed that the AC in the room was not working properly, toilet was clogged. I Tried to call frontdesk, phonehad a busy sound . I told housekeeping to let them know about the toilet. Sales manager came with a plunger 1.5 hour later.
I went to front desk and I asked if I could be possible to change room. I received a very cold no, that's not possible because the rooms were already assigned. It was around 11:15 am. I told them again that the AC was not working properly, the room was a little hot, and the AC was doing a lot of noise. Her answer was no ahain. I asked if I can talk to a manager. She went to an office next ti Frint Desk, and the sales manager came with an attitude not very friendly. Je looked like if I was bothering. I explained ahain the issues that I had, he answer was a NO immediately. I told him that I couldn't sleep well because of the ac and the noise. He reply again NO. I received a I don’t want to change the room. Very bad Customer service. I told him that, and his answe was, I don’t care. I won't stay at wynd
