棕梠泉郊區小旅館

連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!

Bathroom and as disgusting. People above me were stomping back and forth across their room for hours at a time. Made 3 calls to the front desk to ask them to stop it. Sketch people hanging by the front door.

The room was clean; however, it needed to be repainted. The shower had very low pressure, lucky I don't have thick long hair. The hot tub was only hot; the jets did not work. The area by the hot tub needs to be cleaned up - a lot of landscaping work. There was a down tree being held up by a large palm tree. If not for the palm tree it would come down on the roof. There was a second tree that also looked dangerous. Overall, the room was decent and just barely worth the $135 a night.

The room was dirty and unkept, well hidden in the advertisement photos, was in the room for 10 min before deciding it was not clean or as the photos showed, went to the front desk and No one was there. we waited and nothing, We found a new hotel for the night and have been refused a refund form hotels.com and the hotel it’s self for the stay we didn’t stay, even tho the advertising is inaccurate and deceiving

We had to wait several minutes to check in; there was only one person on duty and he was out "checking rooms". The TV was very confusing and "regular" channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, etc) were not available that we could find. The refridgerator was turned off; a bit difficult to turn on and then it had to cool down. There were only a few outlets to plug in chargers, etc. The lighting was poor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The photos were a bit deceiving.

We stayed here because it was a Wyndham property. Room was dirty (grime in the corners of the floor, stains on the ceiling) Bathtub had cigarette burns on it (this room had new floors but that was all that looked like it had been remodeled) Robe hook on back of door had been pulled out of the door. Paint was warn off woodwork in doorways. When we arrived there was stinking trash overflowing the garbage can in the hall. When we came back in the evening there were 5 sheriffs deputies talking with several people in the parking lot and coming out of the building. There were Warning signs on the doors about not letting strangers into the building. Wyndham should be ashamed to have thier name associated with this property.
