棕梠泉郊區小旅館

連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!

Big cracks in wall in more than one place. Water tepid. Bath not draining. Shower rod loose . Old stains on bathroom floor. Shampoo was almost empty. Safety catch on door missing a screw. Non smoking but could smell smoke through the night. Smoke alarm not lit, wondering if it is functioning. Outdoor sitting area garbage strewn around. We were so disappointed as it is convenient to Palm Springs airport and had intended going back on return journey. J. Evans

Showed up and no receptionist, I had to call a number for I guess was the housekeeper , when I opened the double doors to go up the stairs I immediately was hit with this Odor of mildew and cigarettes, the room was also interesting. It smelled like they dumped cleaner in the sink but the floor left my feet black after I got out of the shower. The room also had some weird conjoined door and it was extremely noisy all night . I think motel 6 is like the Hyatt compared to this place. It’s definitely not family friendly or safe to stay in .

Front Desk asian old mannot friendly . Hallway smellj just like really cheap Pine-Sol in the room, nothing was plugged in. Refrigerator door wide open and warm. Critical main room lamp no light bulb, bathroom door, unfinished paint job masking tape still left on shower towel hook. My room was on the even number side 228. The view would be perfect, beautiful Mountain side, as seen on the website. However, there is an abandoned restaurant right next-door with LA - quality, graffiti, this absolutely trashes the desert ambience that you’re told about on the website. never again.

Unfortunately we cut our stay short at this facility due to unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival to the property we noted very run down facilities and a pungent smell. Our room seemed okay the first night however we discovered the bathroom light didn’t work and the shower screeched when turned on. We tried to put this aside. The next day we opened our curtains to see two transient camps set up in the back of the motel. We arrived back to our room that evening after a long day and after pulling up the covers I noticed 2 blood stains on the comforter. This was the last straw , we couldn’t stay any longer. I couldn’t get ahold of the staff and. O one was on campus so I tuned in my keys and cut my losses. We stayed at a near by resort for the remainder of our stay.

Had enough, but I guess you get what you pay for.

They need to pay someone to be on staff at the check in office so you don't have to wait a half hour for someone to show up. Also need to clean up the dead roaches and the live ones for that matter.

This property seems to only have 1 employee working at any given time to be maid and work the office because no one is ever in the office. Our room had a giant 2 inch gap to outside where our air conditioner came through the wall. Stay anywhere else
