Absolute terrible stay

My stay was absolutely terrible… as soon as I walked into the lobby, I saw a roach and then I got into the elevator to go to the third floor, and there was another roach… My room was very clean, but that was about the only clean thing from this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for four nights five days… Of those four nights three of them were absolutely terrible and I couldn’t sleep. The people in rooms close to me were always blasting music throughout the day and into the evening and on many occasions were screaming and fighting with each other in the hallway, what sounded like right outside of my door until 4 AM. On my last night I was woken up at 2 AM to screaming and fighting. It was sounded like my door being slammed… I packed my bags and checked out of this hotel 3 1/2 hours earlier than I planned to because I just had to get out of there… Absolute worst experience of my life

The Dirty South

This was by far one of the worst Hotel experiences we have had. From the gang signs scratched into the elevator door, the filthy, smelly hallways, the rusted out mini fridge in the room, the missing light bulbs in the room lamps, the multiple stains on the bedding, pillow cases, and sheets and on the rug in the room, the funky smell in the room, no soap and two stained towels, not to mention the scratches all over the door to the room. The free Continental Breakfast advertised consists of coffee, some old rolls with finger prints on them, a dirty waffle maker, and 1 apple in the bowl. Would love our money back as I even paid extra for the rated 10 exceptional room??? Avoid it like the plague unless you like the unsafe, dirty feeling…. I want a Refund!!!

We checked out right after checking in. Do not stay here with children. The room was not clean, and we believe there were blood stains on the walls. The stairwell looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The side entrances could not be shut and appeared to have been pried open, raising serious security concerns. Anyone could enter the building. The property gave off the impression of a trap house. Avoid this place.

Worst Anniversary Ever!!!

It was my wife and I 10th year Anniversary. The first room air conditioner had mold snd mildew, the floor was wet, the bathroom door was wet, it had a horrible smell. The second room door kept getting stuck, the toilet ran nonstop, the floor and the bed had a urine smell. The sheets had a spot, two of the pillow cases had a spot, one of the pillow cases had a cigarette burn spot. The hall had a smoke smell loud enough to have a contact high. They didn’t have much of nothing for breakfast. No orange juice, no bread for toast, nothing but waffles and four muffins. Oh yeah and oatmeal and cereal, but no bowls and not much milk. The breakfast area was nasty and not kept up. My wife had to go under the cabinet and get cups and plates because there were none out and no one around. I had to get the receptionist at the front desk to make waffle batter and get some syrup. Let me not forget the towels were dirty. This visit was horrible and I am not recommended, we are very well unpleased.
