A very strange check in with no signs to tell you where to go and no active reception. The building is old and not in a great area albeit very close to the main station. The room was however clean and comfortable and once we got hold of the manager everything was very good

Proprietor was great was great. Owners/staff of nearby cafes were incredible, friendly, and chatty. The area was rough but it was close to the train. Very loud at night if you had windows open. I did feel safe though police definitely had a presence. Unfortunately because it was BB you don’t have 24/7 front desk which made it a little anxious and they only give you 1 key.

WOW!! Location, Location, Location. Just a few steps away from the Napoli train station, and around the corner from great croissants. Along with a SPECTACULAR new renovation. I was blown away by the amazing craftsmanship on the bathroom tiling. A full wall slab ceramic tile that I've never seen before. A perfect example on why Italian tile is the best in the world. I have stayed at many small boutique hotels like this one but this one definitely stands out. I would highly suggest this as a place to stay.

Very nice suites and would highly recommend for couple nights stay. Well appointed rooms with nice fittings and comfortable beds. Close to transport. Slightly dirty around the apartment (outside) block due to lots of locals hanging out. Overall we really enjoyed our one night stay.

Would not recommend. Outside is dangerous. It is full of gangs and does not feel or look like Italy. The bathroom was a transparent window that lets anyone in the room or if the street window is open see in and see you in the shower or toilet. Nobody on the front desk. Drilling in the night and very thin walls which you can hear other guests arguing. Left after 1 night and found somewhere much nicer and safer. Nobody was willing to help us in this situation leaving us financially out of pocket. Do not stay here or around this area.
