The photo shows a clean pool yet when you arrive it is maybe a foot of green pond water! The head board of the bed was so sticky my wife’s hair literally stuck to it! Very Gross! Don’t waste your money! Put a little with it and stay some where else!

staff knocked on our door at 12:30am…we called the front lobby around 1am for bathroom essentials and got told “it’s literally the middle of the night, why are you calling for that right now?”. just very unprofessional. also, the lobby light said open and an employee was still nowhere to be found.

The staff was awesome, but the room I was given could have used a refresh before renting dead spiders and bugs were all around the perimeter. Not the best stay.

THERE IS NO POOL!

Spend a couple more dollars and stay somewhere else! The mattresses were yellow. Sheets had burn holes in a non smoking room. Room service doesn’t even ask to clean your room if you stay two nights. Good luck getting more towels. Used soap bottles on the counter instead of new ones. 1 roll of toilet paper, no extras. The pool on the front page, yeah there isn’t one. This place is run down. Looks like a comfy bed in pictures, I’m here to tell you it’s literally 2 sheets and a thin blanket. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Go next door!! Or down the road!!!!!

The place was icky. Appeared to be blood stains on the bedding, water on the bathroom floor, probably from a toilet leak, since the toilet was loose. Nothing like the pictures. The old hotel, next to the one we stayed in looked like war zone. Slept in clothes top of bed. Left ASAP without showering in the Am..I'm getting tested for hepatitis when I get home.

We had 3 rooms booked through Expedia for 6 adults & 2 children. We cautiously reviewed pictures & chose the Amerivu Gilbertsville. Upon drive up, the sister building had an abandoned car out front. We noticed it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was crumbling, dirty, there was caution tape on the stairs, and rooms were rented out for people to live in. The lobby was not open and dark. The people living there were sitting outside eyeing us up. We did not feel safe. I have pictures to prove. We left and found a clean safe hotel.

The only good thing about this place was Shannan. She did her best to improve the situation. the place was dirty, dead cockroaches, and a lot of the amenities listed on their web site were not available. One word that best describes this place is disgusting.

This was the dirtiest motel we have ever stayed in. Both dead and live bugs, including roaches in the room. Bathtub still had soap scum in it. First room they gave us had been used as a breakroom for construction workers that had been doing repairs and was filled with trash and equipment. Coffee station in lobby was caked wirh leftover food. Aweful!!!

This place is not as advertised, poor conditions, no breakfast. When arriving me and my work crew decided to go down the road to days inn because of how bad this place was. I tried for a refund because i wasn’t canceling the trip but rather i got bat and switched so it should be on the motel and expedia but no avail
