If this had not have been due to an emergency I wouldn’t have stayed here. First room was a smoking room, I requested non smoking and accessible. This smoking room was neither of those two things. Second room, second floor again, not accessible, had someone’s suitcase on the bed. Third room, second floor still not a king bed or accessible. Like why book the kind of room you want if they are just going to put you where they feel like it. Terrible!!!!
