Good for one night on my trip back home. Noisy person revving engine in parking lot several times overnight that made it difficult to sleep though, but not fault of hotel. Otherwise room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but not kept stocked well.

The location for this property is not correct when you look it up on the Hotels.com app. It looks like it is across the street from the Xtreme Arena in Coralville. It is actually about 2 blocks away on the other side of 1st Avenue next to the Comfort Inn. There was also a smell in our room which smelled like garlic bread sticks for the 2 nights we were there. The breakfast on the first morning ran out of the eggs on the hot portion of it.

They are in the middle of a upgrade so I didn't want to drop there stars to far for unfinished paint or blank walls. One of the big reasons for the star drop was no elevator in the building. Also our room had a heavy smoke smell when we arrived. Luckily the windows opened and we were able to air it out pretty quickly. The roo. Was comfy and we both slept well. TV was upgraded and had lots of streaming services you could log in too. Lastly breakfast was nice
