Great stay! Upgraded to super room with an even nicer view, we are extremely grateful! Air conditioning welcome during the current heatwave. Really lovely staff on the reception too. Didn’t eat breakfast, I can’t comment on that but everything else was a delight.

Great location. Breakfast was well worth the price. No other food options. Great restaurants within walking distance. Disappointing inner courtyard view. As a reminder, no washcloths on European hotels. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Excelsior Hotel. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is a major highlight—very central and convenient. It’s just a short 3-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette, making shopping incredibly easy, and Palais Garnier is also within close walking distance. For its star rating, the hotel offers solid value for money. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Paris without overspending.
