This hotel does not represent Hilton Quality. On Sunday night, I received a broken room with broken chipped furniture, a sink with no water coming out, a faucet loose that made noises, a/c not cooling, sofa and ottoman stains, unfinished tile work in the bathroom and customer service at its weakest. The front desk said that customers have complained about the inadequate conditions of our rooms. Themanager said the rooms have not updated for the past couple of years. My room was not changed. The next day, the engineer came and fixed all the problems. Hotels.com and the Front Desk believed I had a legitimate case to request a refund for one night for the problems my family and I had to endure. The manager said no. No refunds given for room problems. The most she gave me was 10,000 points that amounted to $50 for a hotel that brings in $5-10 million in sales per year. manager did not want to listen or compromise. Her mind was made up. She forgot to mention that the pool was also closed for maintenance and the elevators went through a winter storm. She forgot to mention that the local customers that come into the hotel are not good. Police was circling the parking lot on Monday night. A half-naked hooker was not on the guest list managed to get a key and was running around the second floor trying to open a hotel room. The nights are dangerous for your children. The days are blessed with excellent breakfast service and love. Thank you Melissa for the best omelette. Hilton rocks
