Great staff!
We stayed for 4 nights. I'm in a wheelchair and we reserved the accessible room with roll in shower and have to give an A++ on accessibility accommodations. I usually have to do wet wipe showers when i travel because most hotels claim accessibility but don't go as far as they should. The bathroom had an elevated toilet which is critical for me as i can't get on once of normal height and many hotels like Hilton claim accessibility but my wheelchair can't fit thrift m through the bathroom door and their bathroom has a standard low toilet. The shower was truly walk in with no step to climb over and even had a bench to sit on which was great for my medical conditions.
The staff was the friendliest and most eager to help ive ever met. I wish i got their names because they deserve special recognition.
The bad; the rooms are drab and the internet is painfully slow. This is likely because their tvs provide platforms such as Netflix and hbo (though you have to use your own account to login in which isn't ideal as if you first to logout before you leave you have strangers using your account in perpetuity) so with everyone streaming tv shows it makes the internet super slow and the cable offerings are also sparse, likely because they offer the streaming services to use. But the internet is painfully slow for business travel.
i don't understand how it is 180 dollars a night when last year it was 100, insane.
Will stay again for accessibility but lots of room for improvement!
