The beds are torture racks.

I personally judge a hotel by how comfortable the beds are because really the whole point of being in a hotel is comfort and the only thing these beds were missing were the nails never in my life have I slept on a mattress this hard. Other than that it wasn't terrible but when the beds are so hard you literally cannot sleep then there's really no point in staying at that hotel in my opinion.

Amazing with food managers to help you when in need. I would say for people staying long in the hotel daily deactivation of the hotel key is not needed it shd be done at least once a week or every 5days. I don’t like the fact that I had to come to activate my key all the time. But overall the place was good. Thanks.

Wrong room category and since the hotel was at capacity we had to take what we were given. Hotels.com made amends for that. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Advanced check in service however the rooms could use some updating. Decent for a night's stay.

State get together 2025

Was in town for a meeting. I paid more for my room than two other rooms in the group did. Mine was by far worse. Worn down bathroom, appliances and felt every spring in the mattress. The other rooms were fresh, clean and had wonderful, new, fluffy mattresses! I was very disappointed to say the least!

I like face to face not a kiosk the bathroom needed a lot of work no stopper in the sick the molding was taped to the wall and when we went to take shower we couldn’t get it to pull out my friend and I both tried couldn’t get had to go to the kiosk which I did not like using because no one answered the desk when I called it some gal finally came to room and had to yank on it to get it to work And the mattress was way to soft Very unhappy with stay Won’t stay there every again

LOCK YOUR CARD!!!!! The hotel smelled like chlorine and weed. I didn’t mind the chlorine smell but the weed smell was over powering. I will not be staying back at this hotel again.

Good affordable hotel

Had a quick weekend getaway with the family. The hotel was priced right and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the pool area was nice. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck and shoulder pain.

We had experienced an issue with our shower not working and called someone from the kiosk who said someone would be there in 10-15 minutes to fix it. Two hours later, no one showed, complained again. We left after waiting 2 hours for maintenance to show up without being able to shower. Apparently others had issues that morning as well. Otherwise the room was clean. Not sure if I'd stay here again.

Blues Cafe weekend

Room was just fine. Breakfast is Belgium waffle maker and cereals and some breads, fruit and dairy. No meat or egg items. Not what I would consider to be a deluxe breakfast as touted on the literature at the hotel. Not even a precooked microwaveable sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. So don't count on that.

Not worth the stay!

Hard bed - woke up with body aches. Water to shower had a weird taste. Cracks all over the place (floor, wall, shower, bathroom) Drawers were broken. Breakfast was sad - coffee was nasty, water dispenser had gunk coming out DONT STAY HERE.

Had problems at checkin because we did not arrivw together. Staff made a second key that was left at the desk, but refused to give it to my +1 even with his name on the room. No staff present to fix stuff just a kiosk.
