Quarto estava limpo, mas o chão grudento, acredito que excesso de produto. Banheiro apertado. O box era pequeno e não havia onde colocar o shampoo. Os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpáticos. A impressão que tivemos é que estávamos incomodando. Precisam aprender que o mais importante, em qualquer ramo da vida, é o humano. Ser recebido por pessoas de cara fechada, que não dão um sorriso, é bem complicado. Afinal de contas brasileiros são receptivos e bem humorados.

Pontos positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto com espaço satisfatório e cama muuuito gostosa. A limpeza é impecável tanto do quarto como dos demais ambientes. Negativos: o café é bem fraco, o suco é suuuuuuper aguado, nem da vontade de beber, muita coisa com aparência de velha. Funcionários com aspecto de desmotivados, não chegam a ser grosseiros, mas são muito antipáticos, nesse aspecto eu ressalto um dos rapazes da madrugada, não peguei o nome, porém falar com ele beira o intimidador, na noite do plantão dele passei um bom tempo buzinando pra ele abrir o estacionamento, tive que ir na internet buscar o telefone do hotel pra que ele pudesse abrir, e não estava tarde, eram 10h da noite. O estacionamento é super apertado, na minha primeira noite o recepcionista orientava os hóspedes para estacionar de forma inteligente (permitindo que outros carros passem) já na segunda, o recepcionista não tinha esse cuidado, tornando o estacionamento ainda mais apertado. Destaco positivamente a recepcionista Priscila, uma joia rara de se encontrar em hotéis campinenses: atenciosa, carismática, gentil, a ela só elogios. Quanto aos demais, recomendo mais treinamento e investigar o que causa tanta desmotivação.

Me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que soicit.

Tive um problema, paguei por um quarto superior com vista para a cidade mas chegando no local, só tinha disponível um quarto sem vista para nada, no fundo do hotel, no primeiro andar, e se eu quisesse, podia trocar no dia seguinte.

Chegamos e o quarto não estava pronto, mesmo depois de passar horas para a entrada, chegamos no quarto ainda estavam fazendo a limpeza, tivemos que esperar. O atendimento não foi bom.
