I stayed for a week under multiple reservations. I unfortunately received bites on my leg the final day, or the day before my final day. I reached out to the front desk about the matter, and was told management would be in Monday. When hotels.com reached out to management, they stated I did not reach out in a suitable timeframe, when I in fact did. This was unfortunate, as I had stayed with this hotel more than any other. I will not be going back. I was simply looking for an apology, and possible a partial refund, but could not receive either.
