Will never go here again

The room was in horrible condition. The door didnt lock at all and didnt shut properly. I told the clerk about it and didnt listen to me and said the door wasnt shut all the way. Online it was advertised as a queen sized bed and it wasnt what it advertised. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting

That place should be shut down

I never even step foot in the room, as soon as I started to walk towards the room, there was IV usage, prostitution and the place was filthy and smelled like urine the guy at the front desk named Max E, who refused to give me his whole real name refused to pick up the phone to answer a third-party to give me my refund knew what was going on and knew a lot of people who were in and out of the Place, I witnessed as I tried to get my reimbursement back

Ewww

The initial room provided had a door that would not close. The door was open upon arrival. The 2nd room had a pile of trash, only one dim working light, a toilet that wouldn't flush, no toilet paper or towels, and no working AC. You basically get what you pay for at its cheap rate

Fix advertisement

Advertisement was miss leadings, room was very much the opposite of what was shown online. The ac was broken in the first room given, went back to ask for another room, the second room had ac but the door didn’t close properly, no tv on the tv stand, and a broken toilet. We didn’t stay at the location we sleep in out car inside because I felt more save in my car then the hotel

Never stay here

Didn't even stay when we saw the room. Garbage in the floor. Stains on the bed. Busted counter. Tub half full of dirty water. Stains on the wall. Looked like a crime scene

Worst place ever

I walked into the room and closed the curtains and they were slashed vanity was cracked,toilet did not flush,poop on the bathroom door frame,Duct tape above the toilet and all over.A 6x6 inch hole in the wall.I filmed it all.I walked out and the guy would not give me a refund.Homeless people all over walking like zombies and every other room had multiple dogs barking in them.

I chose to take full advantage of the 20 minute time limit to get a refund. The room that the front desk assigned to me did not have a tv, night stand, towels, soaps, toilet paper, or the internals to the wall mounted AC unit.

Dilapidated facility

Looked like the room was early in some kind of rehab, or maybe just intermittent partial repair. Amenities: one tiny towel, and 3 small bars of soap. And one partial roll of TP (on top of the toilet tank - not even a TP holder). The shower water could not get warmer than tepid. The hot water at the sink was somewhat hotter, but it could never get to cold. The drapes wouldn't slide (they were tied together with a piece of plastic bag, to hold them open). There was a hole in the bottom sheet that I kept catching my heel in. Missing grill on the vent in the bathroom; missing light switch cover and missing paint.

Avoid this place

The place is a dump lots of sketchy people babying around. Dust rim they put us in was horrible, second wasn't much better bi ac!heater hardly any lights worked, rack was half dropped off the wall. Acid this place.

I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting for an email confirmation of my refund but have not received it yet. The room key would not work and looking through the window the bathroom wall had patch drywall. The bed sheets had ripped holes on it !

the first room I was assigned did not have any working lights. the second room I got, did not have towels, soap, TV, or fridge. after my first night, my key to the room was locked, and had to go back to the front desk to be able to get into my room. I felt I had to go to the front desk way more than I needed to just to get basic things that should be provided. Awful experience

Extremadamente malo y muy mala experiencia

Muy mala experiencia, fueron 4 habitaciones, nos entregó las llaves el muchacho de recepción y cuando fuimos a las habitaciones no funcionaban las cerraduras, por fin logramos abrir las habitaciones y fue de mal en peor, afuera del hotel mucho olor a marihuana y abajo de mi habitación una persona fumando marihuana, dentro de las habitaciones sin toallas, no había televisión, solo estaban los soportes, colchas hoyos, colchones con huecos y una de mis nietas se lastimó con un fierro que salía del hueco del colchón, otra habitación sin luz, en fin pésimas, fuimos a pedir que nos dieras unas en buen estado y el muchacho dijo que iba a proceder la cancelación y reembolso, le pedí recibo dijo que no servía la impresora y desde ahí supuse que ya había perdido el dinero de la reservación, me comunico por chat a hoteles.com comentándoles lo que había pasado, dijeron que iban a solucionarlo comunicándose al hotel y hasta ayer se pudieron comunicar y hoy me enviaron correo diciendo que por políticas y que no obtuvieron la aprobación del administrador del hotel GLH para hacer el reembolso, que feo que no respeten lo sucedido y que tuve que pagar casi casi 8000 pesos por algo que no utilice porque para nada es el hotel que describen aquí. Deberían respaldar al cliente y más si hay pruebas de lo sucedido.
