Do not stay here

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom looked very old, rust around drain, stains all over the tub. Door frame had a huge gouge in it. Doors had been marked up by kids it looked it like. Just felt dingy and very unsanitary.

The worst

This hotel is in deplorable condition. It should be bulldozed. It is filthy from the floors to the walls. The room rate is double what it should be. Don’t stay here. I’ve travelled in 3rd world countries and they take far more care and pride of place. The owners should be ashamed.

Not as expected

I’ve stayed up several days inn’s I was extremely disappointed with this location the room is not as clean as I would’ve expected and everything looked very rundown. There was fighting/arguing in the parking lot by our room in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk and was informed that they have no security on property. The breakfast was more like a small continental style with not many options it was the bare minimum the waffles looked as if they were frozen and placed in a small Fridge for you to toast them. Next time I’ll drive further away but will not be staying at this location again

Run away

The location is filthy. Common areas are dirty. The room smells, bedsheets appeared unwashed and were stained. Pillowcases were ripped and worn, discolored. Can’t believe a major company like hotels.com would send customers there. Pictures are misleading. There was no breakfast to speak of except one hard boiled egg that looked sad.

There were fleas in the room. Paint and rust all over. Mold in the shower.no batteries in the fire detector or remote. It was a just terrible alround told the front desk and nothing was done.

Dirty Resort

The place is dirty, toilet was out of order, tub was filthy, some lights were not working. Alarm clock was broken. Sheets and comforter were stained. We had to remove and replace our bedding. Found 3 rib bones and an empty can of root beer behind the bed.The balconies and stairs are filthy. GM should be fired.

The first room we were given had a broken bed. The mattress was totally lopsided and when we pulled it off the frame to try and balance it, we saw that the boxspring on one side was broken. The chair in the room had something sticky on the arms and the tub and toilet were stained and scratched. The other guests that we saw on this side of the hotel (closer to La Quinta) were carrying multiple shopping bags and kitchen goods. People were sleeping in their cars. It honestly seemed like it was being used as a homeless shelter. When we complained about the bed and were moved to the other side of the hotel (near Mr. Han’s restaurant) it was a totally different experience. The room was much cleaner, the other guests were wheeling suitcases, and cars were parked but not occupied.

Would not come back.

The room did not look like the photos you show. Bath tub drained very slowly, toilet water ran all night, artwork had been removed from the wall above the headboard, wore shoes always as the carpet did not look clean and could see outside light coming under the door.(threshold worn out in one spot) After checking the breakfast options, we went to ANOTHER BROKEN EGG.
