All was as expected, the check-in was a smooth transition, the room was very ckean, the staff were very helpful and professional and the view of the golf course from our room was beautiful to wake uo to. The pool wasnt open, which was a shame as it looks like a good sized area to chill and relax.

The voicemail on the in room phone did not work when I was there, people could not leave messages for me, but not very many people use that these days, but just a little thing I noticed. Cheap place to stay compared to other properties in Miami area so must consider that. Property is a bit outdated and could use renovations but room was very clean which is important. Last night we had a mishap. Sewerage backup into our tub (liquid only). Nasty but the rectified it immediately and gave us a new room on second floor. Overall happy with property for the price and would stay there again. Sits on a very nice golf course
