Stayed in a non smoking room but BOTH beds had burns in ALL the covers. The water didnt get hot in the shower..only lukewarm. AND it RAINED IN THE ROOM during the storm in multiple spots making sleeping non existent! You could here the people next door thru the door as they humg out outside both rooms. Friendly staff though.

Although the person that checked me in was great the room was awful. The mold around the tub was enough to make my allergies become a problem. It about 10 minutes for the hot water to get warm. There was spider web’s in the corner on the ceilings. When I asked to be changed I was told they only had a double and I would have to pay the difference. I left ten minutes later.

When I first got there, the room that they gave me was room number 112. The air conditioning unit was broke, and there were no buttons to push visible buttons because they were all broken on the AC unit. The telephone receiver was broken. There were no buttons at all on the receiver. The receiver was dirty. It was filthy. It had not been clean the room smell like pure smoke And I requested a non-smoking room went to the counter requested a refund back. The manager suggested he give me another room so he gave me a room two doors up room 110. The air conditioning unit did work. The buttons on the telephone were visible and they were there and the phone was not as dirty so we stayed, but I will not be visiting again. You can smell smoke through the walls and marijuana.

Tried to give it a second chance but coming off of

We reserved a no smoking room on the app. However when we got to the hotel and we're giving the keys entering the room with a strong smell of marijuana I went back to the office but there were no other no smoking rooms available. Also it was hard to get cold water. Normally I would complain about not having hot water but in this room that's all we had. The breakfast was sweet bread and coffee. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel but unfortunately it will be the last.
