Elegant and functional hotel, great location

Impecable hotel centrally located a few minutes from Hakata station. Hotel is elegant, friendly staff and the room was well equipped, super clean and comfortable. Lots of dining and shopping choices in the hotel and in the surrounding area.

An excellent hotel

We had an excellent 3-night stay here during the sakura blossom time. The room was spacious, which accommodated with twin beds, sofa and a coffee table. The toilet was spacious. Everything was clean. We loved to stay here because we could feel the quietness here, the lobby, the restaurants, etc. The staff were great and helpful. Those who had served us spoke excellent English. The location of the hotel is very close to the hakata gate, a more peaceful side of the Hakata Station. It was very convenient to take both buses and trains just a few meters away from the hotel. Points of interests are also close by within 15 minutes walking distance. Nikko hotel would be our first choice when we come to Fukuoka again.

Hotel in good location next to train Station. The beds were to small and hard we had a bad night sleep. The shower head is too low hard to shower. We call and let them know we were not satified and they did not make any efford on making the expirience better.For the price we paid for the room did not meet our expectation and is far from what is was publicized
