We usually come for birthday and anniversary but this time was the worst our jacuzzi didn’t work and when we called front desk they said we had to wait til morning for maintenance I said we’re leaving tom no need then the bed we laid on it and it was on an slant after looking we found two wheels were off just laying there. Then the maintenance comes at 8am opens our door and turns on light we said come back after check out and he left our light on The main hot tub was disgusting the dinner was terrible needs updating and staff

The resort has seen better days and its age is starting to show. The room was very fun and spacious. The round bed, on wheels, kept rolling away from the headboard and all the pillows would fall off. The private pool and heart-shaped jacuzzi were a great feature. Dinner and breakfast were good, both leaned heavily on the large salad bar. On a side note, there were deer everywhere and you could buy feed at the store to hand feed them.

Clean room with what appeared to be newer flooring installed (no longer carpet). Wildfire was plentiful The former exercise room and game room in the spa building both have been moved (spooners and the mini golf is now outside by the tennis courts ).

The employees should explain more details to people that are first time guests, the only thing that was explained to us was were our room as located and where we had to go to dinner, also tried to call the front desk numerous times to ask some questions no one answered, found out on our last night about the nightly and only received 1 ticket, for a 3 night stay, the arcade and bowling area at spooners needs maintenance some of the games don’t work properly and take your money, there also was the same garbage left laying around for 2 days,

Room was very nice! We can have a beautiful night with the sauna, private pool and jacuzzi… the only thing is the cleaning… the pool was not clean you can see kind of mold on the sides. Besides that, it was a good place. They should put at least 2 water bottles as a courtesy and ice machines around. So bring water an ice if you you want to have a better experience

The food was horrible as it was my birthday and the room wasn’t as clean for $600. We opened the door at 8 am as there was about 2 inches of snow as we were heading to breakfast. We packed and went to check out. No plow as we were in the Cove which is a hill. Trying to leave was scary cause the hill to leave was steep and not salted not plowed. First and last trip up there Horrible birthday ever

The check in was great. The room was okay. The lay out is great. Wish the tub wasnt dirty upon arrival. Saturday morning i noticed the bathroom above the shower had mold. Just terrible. They had alot of games and activities. The dining hall service was excellent. My serve Eric just had the greatest attitude.
