This was a lovely place facing the ocean in The Raven suite, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and 3 places to sleep. They have an amazing cafe right in the lobby. Walk right onto the boardwalk. Very friendly staff.

Very old and as expected, so was everything. However, the place was clean and comfortable. Very accessible to boardwalk and amenities. Lisa and her staff were the most wonderful and made us feel at home. This will definitely be our go to for vacation there.

The establishment was fine considering it was more like a rooming house. The room was small and the hotel was pretty old. It was clean, the staff were nice, there was parking in the rear, and it did have a beach view. The hotel is right on the boardwalk near many places to eat and drink. However, no real amenities except for a mini fridge and small TV.

Always love staying here , I love the porch where you can drink your morning coffee while having the perfect view of the beach. Its great if you get the 2 bedroom where you have a kitchen/ fridge especially, kid friendly and conviently located to most anything you need within a block or 2. The oldest hotel in OC. Opened in 1932. She's quaint and cozy. Located right on the boards with a couple of restaurants on the bottom level. The location is great. This is not a luxury stay. This is perfect for spending the day on the beach or the boards and having a nice room to relax in before heading back out for the evening.

Wonderful staff and clean room. My room had a lovely view. The only negative was that because my room was next to the balcony, I could hear the guests who were out there late into the evening.
