Excellent!!! We booked for one night at Residence Inn after we had to leave our original reservation with another hotel due to that hotel overall cleanliness. Upon arrival it was great, the lady at the front desk of Residence Inn allowed us to do an early check in since were in between hotels. We came to the Residence in because we had gone to another hotel in Davenport that was awful. Residence Inn was nice, clean, and had good service. The staff was great, as was the breakfast. I only gave it four stars on condition because they're in the middle of a remodel. I highly recommend!

This hotel was very, very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and I liked the added touch of lemon or lime ice water in the lobby at all times. And, I have to say that the shower may have been the best I’ve ever had as far as water pressure. It was amazing.

This property should be 5 stars,But the concrete pavement leading up to the property is all broken concrete, and really hard on a vehicle. The property opped for rock instead of grass to save on maintenance (good!), but the stones are all over the sidewalk, and a potential hazard under foot. The front doormat is way overdue to be replaced. The dining area, halls and rooms are in vary good condition. And the staff is vary friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is going through some remodeling. The parking out front is a little limited. The roll off dumpster is out front along with debris. Everything about our newly remodeled room was fine except the showerhead...it was set to some kind of minimal pulsating stream. Not my choice. Couldn't figure out to change it. There are several hotels in the area but many are going downhill. This one is hanging in there, trying to be one of the better ones. The breakfast choices are varied, which is nice. Towels were nice, bed comfortable. Motel was quiet the night we were there. Glad they are remodeling. We will stay here again

To start, I booked a two bedroom suite with two double beds, but got a two bedroom suite with one king in each room. I really needed the double beds and when I asked they said this was all they had. Next, they have a $500 security deposit that you pay for and will get back in 5-10 business days if the manager finds nothing wrong with your room. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time because I wouldn't have booked here if I knew that was the case. The elevator was scary. It made screaming noises like what you would hear in a horror film. And the elevator would start to move before the door closed. The room was spacious and clean. The TV remote showed it had Netflix but I didnt have the option to sign into my account. Maybe thats something happening soon?
