The room was in desperate need of upgrade. There were holes in the walls and hooks but no pictures. The flooring was broken and coming up and there was mold on the bathroom. The desk chair should be in the garbage- the arms were all broken and the seat was very dirty. Breakfast was almost inedible.

Good spot for a visit to Georgia Southern

This was a good inexpensive spot for a weekend trip for Fraternity Parents Weekend. It is an older hotel and could use some TLC, but we were not expecting 5-star accommodations. The property is clean, everyone was friendly and took good care of us. The location is great for access to Southern.
