Breakfast buffet was nice. Room was basic, toilet was not cleaned when we checked in and the was a huge put off. Rest of the stay was good. They provide a bern city pass and you can use public transportation on that pass which is very useful. Property is located at walking distance from the main sights.

If you are on a budget this is the place for you! You get what you pay for. The hotel is at walking distance from the beautiful city center of Bern. Everyone is nice and helpfull. We had no problems what so ever.

Do stay here!!!

Very bizarre hotel, I did not like it at all. Place felt like a plastic factory with weird tiles and plastic fixtures everywhere. It felt like you were in a bad futuristic syfi movie. The parking was the worst ever, absolutely no signage to get from garage to hotel. Had to try about 10 doors before realizing that you have to walk up the ramp to the first floor before you can find a hotel entrance. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but I did not like this place so have to write this.
